i found the staff polite upon arrival. they quickly assisted me with my luggage storage. the room size was adequate and included basic amenities. the proximity to local attractions was a huge bonus for easy exploration.
the elevator was somewhat slow during peak hours.

The soundproofing could be improved, as noise from neighboring rooms was occasionally noticeable.

The hotel is very close to Termini station. Major attractions are within walking distance! I felt pretty safe in the area at all times. The staff were very helpful. I appreciated having breakfast included, even though I wished there was more variety.
The room was small. There was not much space to open our luggage!
